I am going to have this discussion with you as you seem to be a fairly intelligent person and capable of some discussion.

As a long time member of ET I am pmed (almost daily) by traders asking for advise.

I have recommended many Books, Chat rooms and in a few cases Private mentoring.

What I recommend and I will gladly provide proof by copying several pm's (if you need to see them).

    I ALWAYS recommend

    For chat rooms

    www.woodiescciclub.com

    For Books

Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets, John Murphy
reminiscence of a Stock Operator, Lefevre
    Market Wizards, Schwager

    Private Mentoring:

In the past I have referred 3 traders from ET to my personal mentor (whom I will not disclose) as he is a large fund manager and does not actively market that he occasionally takes students.

Please do NOT pm me about this (anyone) as he is no longer helping traders as his fund has gone over 100 Million $$$ and he is far to busy to do so anymore.

What I can tell you is that the material is absolutely amazing spreads over 25 years of this mans life.

He has been a consultant for 6 years to Tudor Investments and MANY large institutions such as Goldman, Merrill, Bank of Australia etc, the list is long.

This is what this fool Steve46 is referring to.

I have never sold anything to any newbie, and the 3 traders that I have referred to this guy are all thrilled and very happy and thankful to me for doing so and it has totally transformed their trading to success as he did mine as well.

So there you have the real story and the truth, so if you think there is something wrong with this then that's your problem.

Steve46 is a loser that does not like the fact that I call him on his nonsense and lies and he is trying to make something out of nothing I took the time to explain this to you because you asked nicely and like a civilized human being.

I am going to cut and past the last two pm's that I sent out on the next post as evidence so I can shut this Moron up once and for all.

Hello, I am currently 17 years of age, And i play alot of poker. I have made 20,000 dollars int he past 7 months playing poker and I am very good at it. I have always been into the stock market, and I am in all honors classes in school, so going to a very good college likely. i have read your post on making 200k a year trading. Can you help me out, I would ike to become a day trader, or do the type of trading you do. I know I will need to save around 100k to 200k, but that will take a year while playing poker for me. In this year, I want to gain as much trading knowledge as is possible. Also, Is this your full time job and did you go to college for it. Is it possible to turn in profits of over a million a month if you are an exceptional trader with a huge bankroll. Are there any books you recommend? Please email me at Sstephano16@yahoo.com or PM back. Your help will be very appreciated as I really want to get a jump start. Once i start trading, we can help each other, as I will dedicate 4-5 hours a day of studying. THANKS A BUNCH!

    Re: Trading Courses
    My email address is steven@samsonholdings.com

I will give you 3 choices.

    Cheapest

STUDY ... John Murphy's book Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets.

    Expensive

Find an excellent mentor who can teach you the ropes from a hands on perspective.

I can only recommend ONE good one but to be honest his stuff is better suited for swing trades and professionals.

He cost 6k and it will take you 6 month to complete the material and it is a lot of hard work with no guarentee's of success but the education is VERY amazing imo and the best I have seen.

    Moderate $

I know of one good chat room that trades stocks intrday but I don't know enough about it yet as a friend has only been there for 1 week but done very well so far.

    Free

    www.woddiescciclub.com

Great room chat room 600 members on hotcomm and I do know several people making $$$$ from the method BUT it will take you at least 6 months of papertrading to figure it out well enough to make $$$.

    I hope this helps.

As is usual with ET threads, this thread has become infested with people touting worthless mentors and chatrooms.

I am going to recommend that they kill this thread.

    That's the whole point!

ET is a trading forum where traders are supposed to be able to share experiences and ideals freely.

Unfortunately that's not what happens in here.

The environment in here is negative and Destructive 90% of the time.

I know several traders in that use woodies room daily and they make good $$$, I know scalpers trading the ES with fibs thats make $$$, I know swing traders using IBD making $$$ but if any of them come into ET and post they are chastised and attacked by insecure traders in here that are afraid to think freely.

It is for this reason that sooooo many excellent traders have left ET and never return.

I have been staying away from here lately and to be honest I have even traded much better.

I have always tried to help wherever I can but it's just not worth dealing with all the stupidity from the room.

So if guys like Lefty/Steve46 and his minions continue to post I will be happy to leave the room to them.

  7. I live in Australia and there is no such bank, mate. Unless you're referring to the Reserve Bank of Australia (I highly doubt it).

    Hello,

This is Chris from LBRgroup.com, both Linda and I ARE aware of the problem with samson77 and taking information from our website and distributing to others as part of a course.

I spoke to samson77 and Baron the sites owner about this, at this point, I am sure there will be no future problems regarding this issue.

We appreciate the emails from those of you advised us of this problem.

It is a very small community and we respect others and would not want to see anybody get taken advantage , especially for 5-6 grand for a "course".
    Thanks ,

    Chris Terry

I still don't know what's going on with all this, and don't have the time or patience to sort it all out. I just hope the truth surfaces. The irony is the only thing that's really gotten my attention. When someone else thought they were being slandered and finally had to resort to legal action, Samson said:

    "Wow unbelievable !

...everything you do stinks of fraud and con man...I only say that beacuse the way (legal action--jsp) you are reacting to all this stuff!"

What goes around comes around, or as the Good Book says, "You reap what you sow." If you're innocent, Samson, I hope your name is cleared. If you're guilty, I hope you cease and desist what you're doing or else pay your dues.
