I'm looking for suggestions for reliable real time news without having to subscribe to realtick, e-signal, nextrend etc... I looked at reuters and DJ but was not able to find any prices. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Reuters charges an arm and a leg, so it will be pretty expensive from most sources. For Dow Jones, you can subscribe to IQFeed: http://www.quotetracker.com/iqfeed and use it through QuoteTracker for news as well as for quotes. IQFEED also have other news sources available. Another subscription datafeed will be available very soon that will have Dow Jones at very reasonable prices (I cannot comment further on it till its released)
