What is the minmum rate of return per anum that deeper pockets (100,000 USD+ to invest) are looking for? Also, how long of a track record would be needed of said rate of return?
Investors especially those of institutional variety, look more for high risk adjusted returns as opposed to high absolute returns. There's a reason why William Eckhardt manages $700m and Toby Crabel manages $3billion. returns do not matter at all. what matters is... are you able to find investors? do you have connections with wealthy people?
