Is anyone else out there just amazed at how many retired generals and admirals we seem to have out there. I had gone my entire life thinking it was a rare thing, but retired general now seems like its in the top ten things that 60 year old retired men did in their employed lifetimes.

  2. And they all have a tv gig saying basically the same thing.

One of the untold problems of the military has been too many high ranking bureaucrats sitting on their butts in the pentagon, doing bs like new ad campaigns. Is there anything dumber than "An Army of One"? Who came up with that crap? Isn't it ironic that the administration whcih thought "it takes a village" to raise a child, wanted "an army of one"? It reminds me of the New Coke disaster.

"Be all you can be." Now that was a slogan. Bring it back and get Eminem to rap it.
