We should get two carrier battle groups in striking distance of N Korea. While they're en-route, we need to acquire the positions of their submarines. Once the battle groups are in the region, we take out their submarines first, then their entire navy. Any fighters and bombers that leave the peninsula are toast. If N Korea hasn't launched a ground offensive, it'll be their turn to make a move.
