Retail brokers offering ECN rebates?

Besides RML Trading, what other retail brokers pass on the ECN rebates to the trader?

Let's see, out of my head so there may have been some changes.....

- Xoomtrade (You have to call and discuss)
- MyTrack
- ProTradingsystems
- Lime
- Daytradz

And I'm sure there are many many more.
It depends on your requirements (retail, pro, prop) and your commissions (per share / per ticket)

 

I think this falls in the category of being negotiable. They are not going to advertise it though.
