Hi all, I want to make some trades in HTZGQ, but all the retail brokers I've tried have that symbol as position closing only. Are there retail class brokers that can trade in HTZGQ and similar modified contracts? Thanks!
This company is in bankruptcy. It's not up to brokers to decide which stocks are position closing only but to the listing entities.
I'm not sure what you asking, Do you want to trade Hertz, like buy or sell shares? You can buy at Schwab, Streetsmartedge Plateform and E*trade, i just checked today and it has still 157M capital market
Sounds like you’re trying to trade the old options that existed from before the delisting. These are close only by the exchange, so no one is going to let you open new positions. If you just want to trade the common stock, almost any broker should let you do that.
Thanks, that makes sense. Is there somewhere I can see a list of position closing only option contracts? Are market makers allowed to facilitate these trades?
