Fellow Forum Members, Attached is a JPEG showing my Metatrader Layout of 24 currency pairs across three 1920 x 1200 LCD monitors. Currently, anytime I select the "Maximize Button" (button located right next the red "X" close window button) for any one child window its size expands across all three LCD monitors and this is driving me crazy. Can any one out there recommend a third party application or Metatrader plugin that will enable me to customize the expansion size of child window when I select the "Maximize Button". I want my child window to expand to a size equal to the size of four child windows put together. I take a lot of screen captures using Snagit, and currently I have to manually size each window up before I can get the size screen capture I like. I want to eliminate the task of manually resizing my windows before I take a screen capture. I had great hopes for and application call AltMove but this app does not do what I want it to do. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Different graphic cards have different multi-monitor support. Nvidia has nView which has lots of options and features for controlling things like this. Please specify what graphic card chipset you are using.
Zgtrader, My computer has two HIS HD 4650 iSilence 4 512MB (128bit) DDR2 PCIe video cards. These crossfire cards have the 4650 ATI Radeon graphics processor. My motherboard is an Intel DX48BT2. The graphics driver is made by ATI (not Nvidia), and I was looking through all of the settings in th ATI Control Panel and I can't find any kind of control that would allow me to control the expansion size of child windows. If you have any ideas please let me know.
