Compensation rises with competition for workers. And no one is looking to add workers unless they believe they're missing sales and growth opportunities.

  2. Wow, get rid of the national debt and in essence eliminate Treasuries. Who the heck would want Social Security invested in corporate bonds or even the stock market? And what happens to trade, specifically China which pegs its currency to the dollar?

And no deficit spending?? So everyone takes a boat ride to Normandy Beach but once there they have to turn back because furthering on would result in a deficit back home. Would the Interstate Highway System still be built? Would government research still exist?

And reduce the size of govt?? LOL! Not only did you Teadiots vote for Generalissimo Bush twice, a majority of you people thought he was a good president!

You Teadiots will live on in the fringe parts of the country, much the same way the KKK still exists, but for the rest of the country, it's over.

    1. 40% of the country calls itself conservative.
I venture to say only about 2% of the country is even close to being as whacko as you convertiblity and most of those wackos get paid by the democrats to be that whacko.

    2. as to your point about financing. Not that I advocate deficit spending... but in war if the govt needs to they can just print. You don't need to borrow from private bankers to print.
There is precedent. We have the sovereign right to create money. If you don't believe me learn some history. Lincoln did it.

Such a lack of understanding of economics and the way the gov't works it's frightening.

Ever think of getting an education?

It's what you asked for! Among the college educated, for those who do not live among tea party members, tea party principles "strike a cord".
