That mount would destroy my desk. Looks like I need to pull the trigger on a Dell UltraSharp U2410 or HP LP2475w. Which video card for those?
I think most dual-head video cards will do. I use a few of these PNY Technologies 8400 GS 512MB dual-cards. I like these for their passive cooling (no fan). Works pretty well. Supported resolution is 2048 x 1536. Should work for your Dell mon. http://www3.pny.com/8400-GS-DMS-512MB-PCI-e-20-P2875C269.aspx
They are dual cards. Each video card supports 2 monitors. I have 3 cards in my i7-930 box to drive 6 monitors, Windows 7.
You are welcome radist. Good luck and enjoy your new system. You have won the contest as the fastest rapid poster in the hardware forum. LOL 11 pages in one day. And another 7 pages in another one day period the second round.
Pulled the trigger early in the week but the system won't be built until the 25th as the Intel i7 2600K had to be ordered.
