i'm a graduate student currently interviewing with several market makers for a potential junior trader position. (Europe based) as most of the companies pay more or less the same base salary for graduates, i'm curious that among Tibra, Optiver, Saen Options, IMC, and All Options, which ones have the reputation for paying good bonuses? thanks.
