  3. Yes, I knew the minute he started that answer that McCain had no clue what Paul was talking about. It was a pretty arcane question, but it exposed the hollowness of McCain's earlier assertion that he had a good grasp of economics. His grasp involves holding the phone while someone tells him what his position is.

  5. Granted, it was McCain's worst moment. My point is that most of the audience didn't know what Paul was talking about either, so it made it tough for them to appreciate how clueless McCain was.

I know a lot of the commentators were gushing over Romney's performance afterwards, but he left me cold. I was very disappointed he was so enthusiaistic about the stimulus package. His biggest weakness is he is basically weak. He needs to find an issue and buck the tide on it just to show people he has some backbone.

As much as I despise Hillary, I had to be impressed with the knee to the groin she gave Obama in that last debate. She finished him right there. Everytime someone looks at Obama now, they are thinking"slumlord."

  7. That's him. When asked this morning about that picture, she "didn't remember meeting him."

Actually, I believe her. When you think about all the mexican drug dealers, chinese spies, sleazy con men and perverts they had at the White House, how could she be expected to recall one more? Still, heads will roll today in their opp research department.

  8. Say, isn't that the infamous "pretty in pink" outfit she wore for that memorable cattle futures scandal presser?

  10. I disagree. People know the Clintons are corrupt. They have nothing to lose. Obama does. He went from being a messianic figure to a hack pol in the bag for a slumlord.
