"Students may express their personal beliefs, views, and opinions, as long as they do so appropriately and in accordance with school policies." I don't see anything wrong with this policy. People should learn to think before shouting their mouths (or fingers) out. Free speech doesn't mean the right to harass, lie, denigrate, violate, etc., and it comes with consequences on both sides of the issue.
As usual ak47 gets a bullseye. Where does the school get the "authority" to regulate what kids do off campus? Or what they post on "social media" when not on campus. How far does their authority go? So toss out the 1st amendment, the 4th amendment has been decimated, oh give the police the right to kick in your doors and look around and 24 hours to get a search warrant if needed. That kentucky case is out freaking rageous. Supreme court messed up that decision. Hope Glenn Beck isnt right, buy guns gold groceries.
