  1. Interesting! I guess the US needs to spend more money to lower the dollar and increase exports! Great plan!

Yes! Let's save some money and let Iran get nukes. How about we just sell them a few and MAKE some money instead?!? Great plan!

  3. Now now selling nukes is too 80's or too Reaganish.

Do you honestly think Iran would use them???

Our puppet Mushareff is barley in control of a nuclear-armed Pakistan opposed by a healthy contingent of Government challengers neutral or sympathetic to Al Queda.

Oh yea, and the father of Pakistans nuclear program, AQ Kahn, trafficked a-bomb blueprints to anyone willing to buy - Libya, Iran, Iraq, North Korea etc.

He was recently pardoned by Musareff.

The US has done Sweet-fuck-all about the worlds most egregious nuclear proliferator, which incidentally represents the biggest threat to the US in the global war on terror.

And its Iran we need to worry about.

The fact is, the US media is nothing more than a mouth piece for White House policy makers.

They tell the media who the next boogy man is and the media sells it to us - no questions asked.

Besides, the US ruling elite love arming their adversaries to the teeth. Gives them an excuse to invade.

Check out Rumsfeilds history. This self-avowed defender of American interests was on the board of ABB which sold nuclear reactors - capable of producing fissile material - to North Korea. He's a real American hero.

So's Klinton who approved the deal.

These threats are cultivated, shepherded and exaggerated to sell an agenda of war and plunder for American special interests.

The general public are just the necessary idiots whose easily buffaloed consent serves to move the war agenda forward.

    Excellent commentary achilles 28

I am not political ...republican...democrat...hey I just like to have honest and straightforward people before the public...

In the case of Bush/Cheney.....the parallels to his previous employment activities in Russia...Mexico...Indonesia...and Iraq indicate that he is nothing more than an oil company employee which is utilizing the government office for furthering the economic prospects of the oil industry interests...

It is rather amazing to me that¨the ¨conflicts of interest issue alone is enough to disqualify Cheney.....Bush is just a trust fund boy who simply is a mouth piece for oil industry interests...

    ................................................................................................

Look....the oil industry has control of the US government now....this is very clear...

The question resides in the fact that as long as the US maintains its current type of democracy...this situation will never change...
    ..................................................................................................

I would suggest that the US transform into a different style of democracy that embraces both capitalism and socialism....which would be internet based....

Let´s put it this way.....who in their right mind would have voted for Bush or Cheney...had their biographies been shown in detail before the public on the internet...???

Why let a handful of elected people have control of the US tax money ???? Why let a handful of elected officials structure taxes ???

An internet government would not have political parties...but it would have transparency and a government division which would be an employer of qualified and non-elected officials...Furthermore the tax system is flawed ...and must be changed to a pure and simple consumption tax.....

The public would vote on the internet how they want their money spent...by category etc...

The oligopolists have this game down pat....now the game has to be changed out whereas it cannot happen again....

Oil scare talk only helps Iran because it secures a higher oil price in the marketplace....

All in all this is a win win for the oil industry...and the defense industry...

They now control the tax money...the media...and have basically created a pseudo democracy...
    ...................................................................................................

And this is not pointing a finger at the US....most all governments have these same problems...or worse...

What this is about is the changing to a true form of democracy where the government really is run by its people...who in turn would decide how to best use tax funding...

The US is not a true form of democracy....

  6. What would you say if an other nation would strike the U.S?
