I read this like he's selling his report or something in his report. I guess it is ambiguous and open to interpretation. Regardless, here's the description of this forum: "Buy, sell or trade used books, videos, CDs, software, etc. For individual traders only. No commercial vendors!" This doesn't seem to fit the bill.

If I'm wrong, then maybe he needs to reword it or appeal to Baron.
