Replay tick or 1-min historical data

  1. Hi.
Do you know if there's any software which can replay the tick or 1-min data on any one day stored in my ocmputer?

In this way, I can watch the chart in a more realistic environment, not just look at the full chart and have some hindsights?

The data is in Metastock (and ASCII) format. However since there should be converters around to change into the desired format. The format should not matter much.

    Thanks in advance. :)

  2. Neoticker has that capability. You can play back 1 hour, 1 day, five years whatever. It can also be run at 1x up 5x. If you have the data, it will play it.

  3. Great! :D
What data format can it read (eg ASCII, Metastock)?

  4. Apart from Neoticker, any else?

How do you compare it with Neoticker or other similar products?

    Thank you!

  5. NeoTicker take ASCII tick data format.

tick data must be present within its disk cache for replay.

  6. Apart from Neoticker, is there any alternative?

Does Tradestation has this replay ability (replay tick or 1min data)?
