  3. 6/26/08 end of day summary. Acct. net 135.18

    Bought those puts this morning for 46 bucks each. Going overnight with them. Approx. 40% net gain for the day. Will stay in this position until the "Ball" fires off a STRONG signal.

  5. this is interesting...... this account is up % wise more then the vast majority of hedge funds out there.

    interesting to see how the mind makes decisions in trading when there is no stress from the possibility of huge losses.

    if one can overcome the mental wall.........

    $ = $$$$$

    if one can not.......

    $$$$$ = $

  7. Another way to overcome the mental wall is to use a purely mechanical, automated system. Cold, emotionless, and ever alert, just like the markets themselves.

  8. truth/reality is: $=$
    If you include brokers, investment bankers, etc what is left for the masses is:

    $=<$.

    But among the masses what you wrote is relevant.

  9. Within a mere 45 days and 19 pages of this thread (110 posts), you were already able to generate a net return of $25.30. ($139.18-$113.88) That's a 22% return thus far. Smashing. However, we are not yet quite within sight of the coveted $100,000 target. Do you have a time frame by which you plan/expect/hope to achieve this laudable objective?
