remove desktop with sound support?

  1. I am aware of vnc, logmein and pcanywhere. However, none of them can transfer sound from the server to the client.

Is there anyway to do it? thx.

  2. If you are using Windows XP you can use built in remote desktop. Both remote and client computer must be XP though.

Unfortunately the sound is low quality but the only alternative is a Citrix presentation server running on Windows Server 2003 but that is very expensive.

  3. There seems to be a way:

However, in the field "URL for internet connections", I get the msg "could not detect". I hv already openned port 8080.

When I tried to access by typing in real IP (http://real IP address:8080). The computer to be remotely accessed hangs up immediately.

    Any advice?
