What's good about Sterling Technologies (www.sterlingtechnologiesinc.com) is that they do exactly what it takes to be one of the best small footprint DA (direct access) software platforms. Namely, frequent recompilations which take advantage of the newer Pentium instruction sets. Incidently, if one kept their 6th grade Economics books and attended Sophmore level Economics, would those lessons still be relevant. Mildly so. Similarly, DA software that was built on Pentium II compilers really doesn't fully utilize the power of the newer Pentium IV instruction sets. Makes sense now?

daniel, That's funny, I can count on fingers and toes how many down days I have had this year - I concede that money to you and other warriors - but you know what, I think I got my money back and then some of your money ended up in my pocket the other 150 trading days... As to the two word replies - things should be as simple as possible, but no simpler... nitro
I like it pretty much as it's fast, order routing speed is excellent. It's basically a modified version of instaquote. They've added a few things which improve the manageability.
