The regrets of those who die, show the next generation what they should focus on while they are still alive. The fact that these regrets appear just before people die confirms that they made the wrong choices. Others should learn from that. The deceased will not have any benefit from it anymore, just like drug addicts that die from an overdose, or smoking. The fact that they don't have any benefit from it anymore is irrelevant. The reason why they have regrets is important. They realize they made a mistake, and making a mistake means that there were other and better options at that time.
This have been suggested earlier in other places and I assume it might be one of the places which offers the most bang for the buck as you say. Have you lived there yourself? Time zone is an issue, but I suppose it could work for a period of time. If I understand correctly, the difference is 12 hours. So, trading of index futures RTH would start at 21:30 (2 1/2 hours prior to midnight) and end at 4 hours past midnight.
I'm visiting Madrid next month so will consider that or other places in Spain as an option also. I've always wanted to live in Barcelona, but imagine the cost of living to be higher than I desire at this point.
Stay out of the touristic part and cost of living will be much lower then in Norway. Go 10-20km inland and prices are much lower then on the border of the sea. Taxation is not important?Depends of how much money you make. Because that can be the biggest "cost of living".
In Spain? Taxation is of course important. Tax rates have also increased recently in Norway. It's now 31.68 %. Long term - legal tax evasion needs to be considered, but right now it's not a priority.
+ New Mexico is one of the states of the US. + Canada is not part of the US as some Americans believe.
legal tax evasion is improper use of language. correct term is tax avoidance. "Tax avoidance means legally reducing your taxable income. Tax evasion means concealing income or information from tax authorities — and it's illegal." ps. Most Americans also don't know the difference.
California. We welcome immigrants, legal or illegal. We are a sanctuary state so even if you overstay your visa, no questions ask and we won't report you to the Federal Government Immigration Authority. The worst that can happen is you become homeless and live on the beach in Santa Monica or Venice Beach, ocean view living at its best.
