Young Americans Losing Faith? New Poll Shows 31 Percent Of Adults Under 30 Doubt God Exists

A recent poll showed that almost one in three young Americans doubt God exists.

The poll, conducted in April by the Pew Research Center, showed that 31 percent of respondents under the age of 30 have doubts about the existence of God, compared to 9 percent of those polled who were 65 or older.

  2. LOL! This is surprising? Beyond the obvious fact of the older you get the greater your sense of mortality, and the hope of something else beyond what you've had here on earth, it's silly to ask about whether or not people have doubts about God. Other than the fringe lunatics on both sides of the subject, everyone has some doubt. Absolute certainty on the topic is impossible, unless you're nuts.

So then the remaining 69% firm god believers are all nuts?

  4. Yes! As are those that are firm believers that there is no God.
