I like to help out beginning traders but this sounds like it's something else. likely this is commercial or you have been hired to create this screener. I feel it is unethical to request community support for such things. Others may feel differently. Good luck.
I understand your point. At this point this is not a commercial project. But, to be honest, I'd like to think it could become one day, if it works fine and is helpful in trading. The tool is aimed to guide a trader because I would be too afraid it passes orders and a bug make me loose everything. I am not hired. My field is computer graphics, not finance.
Our Snapshot- All tickers endpoint will provide the close for every ticker that trades during the current session. We also provide a Grouped daily endpoint that will provide these values historically.
If you don’t have any coding knowledge, you can get in touch with a coder who can help you build your own system that works like this. If you try doing it manually, you may not be able to make the right decisions.
