I know this sounds like a stupid question, but what recourse do traders have if they have an order/execution problem on the Currenex network? Since everyone is trading under a prime brokerage setup, the banks cannot see who you are. They only see the name of the prime broker, ie. PropFX. Who do you call? The counterparty bank or your prime broker? Thanks.
