Hello, First question: I don't need any registration if I sell financial email newsletter, right? The email newsletter will give buy/sell recommendation on buying/selling financial instruments. Second question: What registration I need to manage accounts? Registration with California and Series 7,64? Do I need anything else? Accounts will be registered to customer's name. I will ask ask for Power Of Attorney to manage/ trade accounts. Thank you.
