YES, the majority of the people on earth are condemned to eternal damnation (or at least purgatory) if they do not accept God and Jesus Christ. That is why the Church was created, to spread the word to those who remain in the dark and convert them to the light. God DID say that He was a spiteful God and would not tolerate false gods before Him. God permits those who do not believe in Him to have children because He is a fair God and wants to give everyone a chance to be saved.
