How about this for a few $ more for a Brand new, sleek unit with 1TB HDD and keyboard, mouse etc. (ofcourse different processor) http://www.dell.com/en-us/shop/productdetails/inspiron-3252-small-desktop/ddcwst7107h
Not even that. 1.6 Ghz. Passmark, 1873. The HP's passmark, 11,773.... has 4 or 5 PCIE slots. The other 1 or maybe 2... 1, x16 + 1 x1?

I'm not in the US so this opportunity is not an option, but ... are the older ex-lease HP Z workstations and Precision Xeons sold on Ebay, enough to run software such as X_Trader, CTS T4, Multicharts, etc on the system, and also quick enough to run browser trading platforms such as TT Standard? Are these older second hand xeons a better option than a new computer? ... my laptop screen is just too small so I'm ready to upgrade. Is this something you can leave on 24/7 without the computer dying and a huge power bill? ... so many questions ... lol ...
