Pretty hard to beat the prices you'll get on ebay. Of course, no warranty on refurbs, which can be an issue with lcd's because they do tend to drop pixels.
Computergeeks is offering very sweet deal on HP 17-inch Flat Panel Monitor - $387. http://www.compgeeks.com/details.asp?invtid=F70-R. I love good deals which includes refurbs but I myself would never gamble buying refurbrished LCD, though.
