Regarding your problem, some Samsung's have 2 evaporators, one for frig and one for freezer, so the frig side may have a bad evaporator. https://www.samsung.com/africa_en/s...tem-featured-in-some-samsung-fridge-freezers/
I have a friend that used to work on binary load lifters which are very similar to evaporators. You want me to call him. (he a bit of an odd duck)
I half-ass remember this happening to ours. There was a little button in back that popped to protect the compressor. The reason it popped, the condenser coil which is in front down by the floor, (it has a snap off plastic cover so you can get to it) was blocked with dust and some dog hair. There's a fan behind it that draws air through it. I just hit it with the little narrow vacuum attachment and got as much as I could (dry), and then used a spray bottle and sprayed hot water/dish-soap all over it and then sucked that up with a shop-vac using that same attachment. Cleaned it perfect. Now I just pop that cover off every few months and run the vacuum over it real quick. I had no idea its a regular maintenance kind of thing.
