Have you tried CQG? I'm thinking about opening a CQG account with Refco.

 

does refco use an inhouse matching algorithm? should explain why refco pro chooses to match orders outside the market's best bid and offer.

"Delayed data feed" is a much simplier explanation than "inhouse matching algorithm" ...
