  1. The ploy of the SEC for years has been let naked shorted stocks fail,and delist them. They go away, and the BD'skeepthe money. One of these companies survived. Now, it is linked to a six year old investigation by the Southern District of NY, and appears to hold the key to Lichtenstein, money laundering, and a huge systemic risk.
