Are you using an auto spreader or are you legging into the trades? Is it on the currencies at the CME or the CBOT? Call so we can talk about everything. It really doesn't matter if you spread or not after 5000 lots we lower our fees.

We are having an FIX compliannt open API for people to use their own front end but you are right we do not have a bracket trade at this time. Also we are coming with a spreader in the very near future.

  3. Which exchanges do you cover? Do you offer LIFFE commodities (cocoa, coffee, sugar)?

We will have LIFFE this summer. If those contracts are electronic and they trade on LIFFE we will have them.

Well evidently the bitching of some IB's got Refco to raise their rates.

They are now $5 per RT or $5.50 per RT with Pro Trader.

Yes..........That is the quote I received!

Seems the $4 RT (plus $0.50 RT Platform fee) is gone.

Don't know the "politics" but it's a pity!!

  7. Eventhough they are very large clearing firm themself
i was always wondering how they can keep the cost
that low for this platform and trading fees ,while every
one also agreeing their platefrom too reliable too.

That might what be a problem with platefroms that are
limited to one or few brokers only.

  8. Could you stop advertising around in this thread?
This is a place to talk about Refco, not a place for your sales activity. It's a bit bothering to see you guys' advertisement every few lines, and I think it's agaist EliteTrader code of conduct.
Of course, I don't need your reply for this post.

    Thanks

    Well said SmoothTraderFX

Don't Know you Transact, don't know if your product is very good or very poor..........but I know this: Your (cheap and tacky) promotions make me sure that I will have no interest in looking in your shop window, no interest in what you have to sell!!

I second the comments on the endless shilling.

But I did look at their shop window. It is hard to take a broker serious that uses Flash on their front page. :p
