Red and Blue States

  1. Here is a map from the 2000 presidential election.

    The red states voted for Bush in 2000.

    The blue states voted for Gore.

    Here are another couple of red states:

    Just kidding....


    Anyway, imagine a ticket of Kerry/Edwards, a combination of Kerry the east coast northerner and southern good old boy Edwards. Kerry will likely win the blue states, so the red states are the important ones now.

    Now, looking at the red sea in the south, Rove and company must be quite concerned about Edwards and the potential votes he could steal from Bush and company.

    Imagine if Gore had a southern boy like Edwards in 2000, rather than the walking dead "jew boy" Liberman.

    This election is up for grabs, and it is all about the economy at this point.
