  1. RED ALERT MEANS YOU WILL BE A PRISONER IN YOUR HOME AND THE SCHOOLS WILL KEEP YOU FROM YOUR CHILDREN, TAKING THEM TO "SECRET LOCATIONS"

All Americans to be under house arrest, public school children undergo practice drills where they are relocated to "secret locations" (FEMA camps).

Declaration of National Emergency by Reason Of Certain Terrorist Attacks By the President of the United States of America

    A Proclamation

A national emergency exists by reason of the terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center, New York, New York, and the Pentagon, and the
continuing and immediate threat of further attacks on the United States.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GEORGE W. BUSH, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me as President by the
Constitution and the laws of the United States,
I hereby declare that the national emergency has existed since September 11, 2001, and, pursuant to the National Emergencies Act (50
    U.S.C. 1601 et seq.), I intend to utilize the following statutes:sections 123, 123a,
    : 527, 2201©, 12006, and 12302 of title 10, United States Code, and sections 331, 359, and 367 of title 14, United States Code.

This proclamation immediately shall be published in the Federal Register or disseminated through the Emergency Federal Register, and transmitted to the Congress.

This proclamation is not intended to create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law by a party against the
United States, its agencies, its officers, or any person.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this fourteenth day of September, in the year of our Lord two thousand one, and of the
Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and twenty-sixth.

    GEORGE W. BUSH

  2. Serious question: which George Orwell book did you copy & paste those directives from?

General Tommy Franks is right. One more massive Islamic terror event, and all Constitutional law will be completely wiped out.:(

  3. Directives? If you mean the executive orders, they were signed by GWBush.

George Orwell.....reality is stranger than fiction....

  4. What an awesome link! Gee, brings back memories of all those middle school takeover drills we used to do when I was in the service. Ahh, those were the days, stomping on little kids, that's why we all joined, you know. Here's an excerpt from the link:

Listeners have sent us dozens of local news reports from around the country where police in black uniforms and ski masks yell and scream while brutally manhandling children as young as twelve years of age in lockdown drills. In 2000, Ft. Worth Texas' "Police Officer of the Year" was killed at one of these drills.

Just sitting here writing this emergency press release, I remembered a story from 1999 where the US Marine Corps with elements of the Coast Guard took over Hobbs Middle School in Pensacola, Florida. The Marines terrified the children and told them, "the mock "takeover" of Hobbs Middle School was a way to illustrate what martial law is all about."

  6. Don't believe everything you read on fringe web sites.

The executive orders that you listed were NOT signed by GWB. They are much too old - example, executive order 12933 was dated October 20, 1994, EO 13111 on 1/12/99, and EO 13174 on 10/27/00.

Bush's first EO was around 13200.

FYI - Executive Order 10990 is for the reestablishment of the Federal Safety Council was signed by Kennedy in 1962 and supercedes EO 10194 (which was signed in 1950).

You can search the archives for the details and dates of the other EOs cited.

  7. FYI - here's the text of EO 10990 - not sure how it allows the government to "take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports" as cited by Predictor (citing from that website):
