  2. Who does thrusters for cardio? Doesn't build any muscle mass?

    a set of barbell curls increases heart rate & respiration, but I don't do it for that.

  3. Thrusters involve more muscle mass and therefore impact the cardio of experienced trainees..

    having thought of it, I see this.

    Doesn't build more muscle, advanced trainees are trying to involve more cardio, I get that.
