I said i'm willing to pay like i pay for IB & TOS which i both funded. I'm looking for a funded broker and not some companies that i have no insurance with them(like FDIC etc)

 

I don’t think the OP wanted an options feed.

 

You do not pay for the feed at IB or TOS, you pay commissions on trades. If the free IB datafeed is not good enough for you and you are not prepared to pay for a datafeed then you have a problem. Why would a datafeed company offer insurance?
