So i have been searching for a while and have yet to find a decent prop firm for forex. I checked out http://www.maverickfx.com/capital_plan.php but can't seem to find much info on it. Anything?
sounds like a come-on to have you buy their training program some years ago FXCM asked for traders to trade client funds, however a 12mth ? trading record was required there's more opportunity for futures trading in many US cities but only see ads for stock prop traders google: vacancy futures trader vacancy currency trader
What are you looking for in a forex prop company? You sure dont need the leverage. If you are looking for a prop compnay to teach you proprietary strategies to trade their capital, that makes more sense. But nobody is going to train you for free. Ive seen instances where fx prop firm will take an education fee but will rebate the fee back as the trader is profitble. that is more of a situation that might be well suited
Mentioned on NPR five yrs ago: the last 30 seconds or so are pretty funny. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=4633721
