I have used quotes plus, www.qp2.com, for a long time and like it. I'm no programmer but i find it pretty easy to write scans that can do anything I want. Much easier than tradestation by comparison but of course, QP2 is scanning only, not system testing. There are lots of sites that discuss QP2 scans and have sample scans. check out www.unrulydog.com for a start.
