sales and corporate tax revenues for gov't had huge drop. businesses closing down. rather shut down business than continue to lose money. they can't sell their businesses either. nobody wants to buy a businesses that is losing money., gov't makes money on taxes. got that. if economy is bad they don't make any money or in deficit. gov't comments are just comments and opinions no reality gov't are desparate as tax revenues are way down nothing the gov't can do or say will change the way the capitalist system works. the economic reality have changed and will change
