Thx for the advice I talked to my doctor about it it went down dramatically when I quit smoking used to be a pack and a half a day smoker from the stress of this jo.b and it would never go below 50 now it's slowly but surely going lower, and my doctor seems to think it's fine, I asked him about lots cause I'm worried it's just going to stop one day, might need to go see a new doctor. I also have really noticeable varicose veins in my legs cause I lots a lot of weight I have asked him about this lots but he's kind of non chalant about it all, he's trying to tell me it's healthy cause I go to the gym every day and don't smoke anymore but anything lower than 50 is supposed to be bad
Last year I had the opposite problem with an elevated resting rate. Most likely attributed to a reactivation of Epstein Barr and no doubt exacerbated by a very active period of trading and a generally busy lifestyle. I decided to pay up for a full diagnostic check with ultra-sound on internal organs and finally the heart. They couldn't find anything and it's back to normal now. Better safe than sorry when it comes to critical organs like the heart, IMO.
Yeah same here I used to be worried about it being elevated cause I would get these big heart rate spikes when I was in stressful positions, but when I was in stressful positions I used to smoke twice as much too, now it seems like the rhythm is good it doesn't spike anymore but it starts the day when i wake up and go to the gym around 70 theb goes to 120 when I'm at the gym then just trends lower the whole day until I go to sleep and it starts bottoming around 32, it's crazy it looks like I'm flat lining while I'm sleeping My heart rate literally looks like a perfect short every day right after the gym, haha
Shorting the NQ here again aggressively 500 is the pivot point on the QQQ, we keep holding that number so keep shorting against it, stop against the highs
