Haha nice work on ACON, forgot about that thing, was both long and short that thing today at one point I borrowed it early cause it was 10 cents a share and only a 300k float, ended up making a few hundred bucks when it was all added up, wouldnt want to be long that long term.
500 is a HUGE pivot point on the Q's tomorrow, if we bounce up and then 500 starts to hold as a top, it's lights out for the market.
Nibbling on the NQ short here i think we going to roll over tomorrow, short 4 contracts I'm using 500 on the QQQ as my over under meaning if we hold over 500 I stop out, 510 on the QQQ is roughly where I will stop the NQ short, if we get below 490 tomorrow I will sell my house to short the market
Going to average into the futures short all the way until 510 on the QQQ, 21000 rough number on the NQ as what you want to short against, (I'm long the QQQ longterm so this is just a hedged bet don't throw your whole account into being short here)
If we snap down through 20k on the NQ 19k will come real quick, have a bid at 19100 for half and the rest will let run
Man I'm looking at the charts right now thinking "why the fuck would someone start aggressively buying" in this scenario, I literally can't think of a reason why big money would become a buyer here There is literally no catalyst that can drive the market up from here *SHORT MORE (rather than just being market neutral through shorting the NQ against a bunch of longs, I'm starting to lean into it short, 20k will not hold on the NQ)
For people sitting on the sidelines wondering if you wanna be a day trader ask yourself if this is worth it haha sitting here whiteknuckling it again laying beside my girlfriend watching every single tick..... when the market provides an opportunity you become a junky
2007? Maybe give up. I have been trading since 1997, and it has been BRUTAL. I personally have met all major players. They also went all the way. Psycho style. NQ will not help you... PS. Get better charting software.
