I didn’t get $7 or better. I thought the high $6.00s was pushing it and took it off my list to play QQQ $532 puts($.38-.42), lottery tickets . Out around $1.50 instead of $6.
A easy one you could have smashed yesterday was AGH I bought 2900 $5.2 ave, out $6.5-$6.89. The thin float and manipulation was less than challenging for a player like you. I always have high prices on up halts to sell. Halt at $6.40, my sells $6.7-$6.90 when I think it’s the last up halt. It gapped to $7.20+ and tanked.
Max did you smash it this week with all the volatility? I figured you were too busy raking in the cash to post. Is your dad slowly healing up?
LOL, well it was a good week on the day trading side of things, the META and TSLA bounces were my best 2 trades, along with shorting the NQ, but I should have had more size into the NQ short, it was more of just a hedge against the long term holds, so I ended up losing as much on the oil stuff and the QQQ's long term position as I made on the NQ short. Had a good till cancel bid out on Bitcoin futures for 76k the night before it bottomed lol. Those middle of the night fire sales on bitcoin have been nice if you are there to catch them, missed me by a couple k, think the bottom was 78. APP was sweet short too from 350 to 300, on the first day but no size there,the room im in was was super early on the news on that thing, but it had like a 5 dollar spread at that point, so only had a couple hundred shares. I bailed on all the long term Oil stuff except WES for now, clearly in the wrong place there, every single position except for 2 cost me money. Overall Oil stuff cost me about 20k Im pretty sure if I just hadnt pressed a key in the last couple months since I decided to sell the majority of stuff. I would be in roughly the same spot so its a lot of day trading just to try to make up for the losses on the long term side of things. Hoping we get a wash out on the QQQ and the SPY's next week to start getting back into some more long term hold type stuff but I wanna see the market go another 10% from here. Didn't focus as much on the small caps this week because there was so much volatility out there you can trade just about anything, I usually just revert back to that stuff once the market is calm and choppy, because there are new runners there every day.
Havent figured out how to trade those halts yet, but I cant stand them because the price action right after gets so whippy and unpredictable, so as soon as something starts halting its generally an avoid for me, thats why I like being up early to trade the premarket, dont have to worry about that stuff.
Short a bunch of bitcoin futures from 95k will continue adding with a stop over 100k hoping for a snap move through 90k target probably around 87k for the first half going to be a fun day tomorrow, lol couldn't wait for the futures to open when I saw that one earlier today
Short Ethereum futures too from 2500 giving that one lots of room as well will be comfortable up to 3k
Lol someone took on a 200 million dollar long position in bitcoin and ethereum on Friday at 85k seems like they knew the Trump tweet was coming, crypto market so fucking crooked
Took profits on both of them for now small wins on both waiting for it to open then hopefully go parabolic and short into that
