I don't understand how they would not work all night to get the problems fixed. Don't they have a wide user base? I stuck with them through their server problems last year, but this is ridiculous.
Truff - you are in a twilight zone! But a good one for you - you seem to be the only one that RT is working for... I talked to them about an hour ago and was told problems across the board and they were trying to fix. Hope it keeps working for you and you make $$$ today to make up for the rest of us!
well daily, weekly and monthly charts are updating constantly, but hourly and minutes are not updating, unless i keep reopening the window
RealTick has worked great all day for me. If I see a problem with a RT server, I close RT and logon to a different RT server. Sometimes that solves the problem. Catoosa
Talked to RT again - they said they have plans to work on it all weekend and hope to have everything resolved by open Monday. For those that had no probs, not sure why. I was told by two different people it was system wide and across the board. I guess you somehow got lucky.
Close and reopen RT and you can expect to get different servers. There is a choice of Local: "New York", "Europe", and "Americas" in the "Login" window where you enter your password. Changing the "Local" has generally worked for me. I can not choose the server number as could be done years in the past. At one time the server could be directly changed by the user within the "Server Monitor Window" while RT was open. There were many server numbers that could be entered for news, quotes and charts. Of course it helped to have a list of available server numbers. Catoosa
