Just give them some time. I still like their platform & the API. 7.7 was a big step, new protocols were introduced. RT is still a good firm, I think they will handle it.
Yeah... and NOW if you have a simple API question because their documentation is completely wrong, they charge you $500. $500 for the year is not much, (not as good as free like they used to be) but I refuse to pay someone for THEIR errors on principle. peace axeman
Just give them some time??? Every minute they are down could be a missed opportunity. I have used their charting for five years. The last two months have been unbearable....I am switching to E-Signal starting tomorrow.
RT 7.6 has been working great for me. Comcast cable disconnects me sometimes several times a day due to all the data I am monitoring (30 windows open, 275 symbols, spread over 9 monitors). I get my moneys worth from RealTick and Comcast and Comcast is wondering what I am doing on my end every day all day.
