Don't know how I didn't see the tickets yesterday, perhaps I made a typo but I looked at your account and your statements are accurate, sorry about that. I see your ticket has been replied to last night. Looking more closely above, you are pointing to virtual FX which is a running costs of all trades for the pair. Do the math yourself on the actual trades. You opened a position on the 2nd and can calculate from there. You can read up on virtual FX here: https://www.interactivebrokers.com....ok/realtimeactivitymonitoring/fxportfolio.htm

i just check and notice the position was made more than one year ago.
this chart from TWS ( date 2020-Feb-28 ) clearly show short 18.180 at 0.67823.

if Interactivebrokers people doesn't trust their own TWS chart, then i don't know what on earth is going on here.
    short at 0.67823.jpg

and this one is from mobile TWS
    981.20.jpeg

all of the pictures are from IB TWS that clearly show i short at 0.67823 and bought at 0.62415, that is more than 500pips hence get profit 981.20.

i hope IBKR will honor this trade

This chart provides a running total of trades, including those that have been closed. We won't reference specific trade data in this public forum, but have offered additional detail to you via PM.

Note that the true accounting of all of your activity (e.g., trade quantity, price, commissions, balancing of cash) is provided in the activity statements available in your Client Portal. if you review your 2019 annual statement, you'll note that all of your positions were closed well before the year end. If you then create a YTD statement, you'll see that its only recently, and after the date range of this chart, that you again established a position.
