FWIW, and I'm sure you already know this, you're not the only service that's received complaints of this sort. And some services have lost members because of it. After all, why pay for a service if it's not making money for you. However, if the service encourages the member to wait for only the best setups, or not to trade at all if the conditions aren't right, that one occasional reminder would likely save much more money than the service costs. --Db
