Does anyone know of any good, high profile trading competitions? Something with real money trading and real visibility for the winners. I know a number of people became quite prominent from the US Investing Championship, but it doesnt look like that exists anymore. The only thing I've seen is the competition that Larry Williams won, but it seems a bit hokey, as most of the winners seem to immediately jump into the advice giving business, rather than going on to become successful money managers. -bbc
There's only one real real trading competition that matters. They hold it every day. In those competitions there's always some jerk who trades all out, gets lucky and takes the prize. A real real trader would never win such a competition.
