You do know that anyone can blather on twitter, right? Considering the tactics I've seen the right using this campaign I'd say it's righties doing this. Last arrest I heard of was of a man threatening Obama.

Ricter, let me make sure you understand this because it's kind of "serious". ANY threats made against the President, even on Twitter, are prosecutable under the law. Twitter does NOT, I repeat does NOT, protect you from being prosecuted. I just want to make sure you understand that. You seem to have this idea that Twitter offers some sort of protection and I can assure you, it does not.
I didn't say twitter was any protection, don't deflect. Take this up with your teammate luke, one of the first posts of his I noticed was a veiled threat against the president.
