Real Time Trading Signal for ES E-Mini S&P 500 Futures Contract

I don't count the signals as winner and if you check all the signals and result you will find it.
There are signals that reach 1 tick below the target and then hit the stop and i count as loser.
is there any one here who managed the trades and locked in profit?
I did.
I'm not counting my trade in result , may be I'm lucky for 1141.75 fill.
