if you can narrow your list to let say 500 then you can use something like IQFeed or netfeed. they are very inexpensive. 30-40$ a month. i know that some ppl using yahoo for such purpose too. it's even cheaper.

Also, you will need to supply the excel formulas as well as the support and resistance pivot values for each cell in the spreadsheet.
