Having issues with IB's paper trading. I am trying to test a system and using IB's paper trader due to order book simulation. Anyway, orders in the morning, right at the open are delayed, sometimes not being submitted till 10 mins or more into the trading day. It is extremely annoying! Anyone else have this issue and/or know how to resolve it??
